I have always used the cheap scart leads, believing (wrongly) that the others were over-priced - how wrong was I! I have recently bought a Sony DVD recorder (RDR-HDX710 - Superb)and the difference between my old standard scart and the IXOS Scart is amazing. The product is quality - better picture and sound. Well worth the money.

An excellent piece of kit and great value for money. It feels good, looks well made and provides an excellent picture - used to connect a Sony DVD Recorder RDR-HX510 to the TV.

Excellent product. Knocked my previous 'Dixons Specials' into a cocked hat. Now the picture is sharper and better defined (guess because of the use of lower impedance wiring). Dont bother spending much more than this - its easy to get taken in by the snake oil claims of many cable manufacturers (see the rubbish spoken about £400 per metre hifi cable :-) These cables do a marvellous job.

Rating: - The price is shocking but you pay for what you get
Too be honest when ordering this i thought i was crazy, £15 for a Scart cable? But i went ahead with it anyway and boy was i pleased.

To test it i had used my Sky+ box and had a movie scene paused on a dark scene, the bog-stanard cheapy cable was plugged in and it looked fuzzy as though it was raining, but when i had put this Scart cable in it was crystal clear, and all in time for the new football season.

Also, it does look very durable and solid and i have noticed that the wire is much thicker than the previous one which i have ben told is what you look for, I also think it has lifetime warrenty which is always good.

Go buy it, you won't regret it!

Rating: - Excellent quality and value.
I use this lead to connect a VHS recorder to a DVD recorder, and am currently transferring some of my old VHS tapes to DVD. The results are much better with this lead than the cheap £5 thing I had been using. This really is worth the money if you value quality.
