The holes match up on both items, but the TV requires screws of much greater girth than will fit through the holes of the mount. I've had to send it back. Rating: - Looked ok butAlthough there was no image or description of this stand on the amazon site (or the rest of the www for that matter) I decided to buy it on price to use with my 32inch Sony Bravia. Its supposed to be a VESA compliant stand, which with the spacing of the drilled holes it is,.... BUT, when I tried to attach it to my TV the holding plate just blocked off the Scart sockets and the HDMI sockets... in fact, I couldnt connect (or have connected) anything but the power lead. I had to send it back. SO, if your looking at this stand for your TV, and you have sockets that will protrude from the back of your tv between the mount points, I suggest looking elsewhere.
